The Bridge was closed to traffic for safety reasons... a guy was dressed as spiderman protesting for 'father's rights' on a nearby crane. Because the crane was moving about and there was a risk of the chap falling off the crane, the surrounding roads where closed, this effectivly closed tower bridge which gave me the opportunity to plonk my tripod in the middle of the road...
