Film Camer Week for January 10
Don Harpold replied to Mike Gammill's topic in Classic Manual Film Cameras
Hello Here are a few from the Retina IIIc using Bergger Pancro 400 shot at 200 and developed normal in HC110 dil. B This came out more contrasty than expected, I tried to back off the contrast but... Could it be HC110 is not quite right for this stock or maybe 200 is not the speed? I will do more later -

Don Harpold replied to Mike Gammill's topic in Classic Manual Film Cameras
Hello I am sure you will do fine, I have never done any C41 processing, plenty of B&W, but from what I have read ""they" say it is supposed to be easier than B&W? Once you have completed a roll or two make sure to post on the Classic Manual Cameras thread. Great to see your son take an interest in film, because digital is dead! Don -

Hello mrjallen You can develop XP-2 in HC110 B&W chemicals which make it easier if you have developed B&W film before, check this thread on Photrio. Ilford XP2 Super in B&W chemicals -

Hello I took out my 35S and found everything under exposed so I checked with my Luna Pro and found the cameras meter is two stops under, could it be the battery is going dead? I believe if is an old mercury battery but I had put another roll in and haven't finished it yet so I have not checked yet. Thanks Don

Hello I have used the lens removal method and used the scissors on my SAK money clip to trim film, but I have found it is much easier to use the ABLON, put the film in the device and use an exacto knife and with one slice it is done. I have one of the Photonbox models that I use all the time and it works perfect. Leica accessories -
