A buoy at a local park, during a very windy day.
For some reason, this image has really stuck with me. I just don't
know if it's a good idea or not. I would deffinately appreciate
comments, as opposed to just ratings. So please, let me know what you
think. Does this photo "work" ?

This picture is just stunning. The mood. The contrast. Everything. If I could I would buy this image.

I title this photo "something i'll never have" because I don't believe
I'll get to be part of an old couple that gets to enjoy sunday
evenings at the lakeside.
But regardless, I saw this scene and just knew it was special. I hope
you agree. Thoughts?

This was a hard shot to get. I had to compete with a fence, and a
bunch of bushes.
I thought the leaves helped to 'frame' the picture. Hopefully you
agree....or not?

gotta pay attention to how you crop your shots...the head of the guitar is cut off...give him a little space to play..
-
striking image...love the lighting and mood.
-
i know its a hard subject to capture, but you cut the poor guys head off!..
-
beautiful capture. love the tones and composition.

good capture...
-
cool composition...

Had to sneak up to catch this guy. East coast pelicans are very
flighty. I wonder if seagulls and pelicans get along, or just fake it.
Thoughts?

I am a big big fan of golden light, all my dog photos were taken during golden light last winter. You might want to try taking photos of your buddy during that time of day....

Been getting back into capturing images since moving back to VA. Opinions?
-
you're building a great portfolio
-
the subject is good, but the time of day you chose doesn't compliment the scene as well as it could. try maybe during 'golden light'

I love this time of year, as all the good fall color shots start to filter in. this is one of them...very good work on capturing the drops of water. good eye for detail. good use of rule of 3rds

I am still a sucker for a good waterfall shot, and this is a good waterfall shot.
