shootme
I just got a Super multicoated Takumar 50 mm F1.4 lens and discovered there was fungus inside, so I had to take it apart to clean it. I removed the whole front assembly and made sure to mark the group to align it with infinity when I put it back together. But, after reassembling the lens, it wouldn't focus and the front element was protruding forward a bit. I also removed the focusing ring and I think I may have accidentally moved the focusing mechanism. I recorded a short video and took a photo of what I did I have made a very short video of what I did, along with a photo. I am very frustrated. ¿Could anyone tell me what I did wrong? Thanks in advance Here is the link to the video: https://youtu.be/JzuqTMhl2nQ and photo:https://flic.kr/p/2orycwm

Tony Parsons
I think you'll find that the OP has already done that, albeit under a different user-id.
