Unicolor Ultrafine C-41 Powder kits on Amazon

For those of you who still process your own color negative film, Amazon is now selling convenient Unicolor Ultrafine C-41 Powder in 1 liter and 2 liter kits. No complicated measuring , no need for a bunch of storage bottles. Use as you go although I think you can develop at least 16 rolls of 36 exp with a 2 liter kit. Too bad they don't sell the RA4 kits, I have to order mine from Freestyle all the way in California.

Why do the 2L kits cost more than twice as much as 1L?

As far as I know, it is supposed to be 12 rolls for a 1 quart kit.

I suppose 1L is a little more.

The Amazon one seems to say 24 rolls.
