Upper part of pictures blurry

Recommended Posts

I would look for a bent or damaged lens mounti, or possibly the sensor mount. If it was shot on a DSLR, focusing could be affected by the mirror position or a dislodged viewing screen. It doesn't take much of a jolt.

The OP has an impressive gallery in PNET. If she gives us a little more information, she deserves a straight answer.

Any thing is possible (without more information). I like Ed's suggestions. When I purchased my Canon EOS 5D 3 a few years ago, the mirror fell out of the camera the first time I removed the camera body cap. (Canon and I, have never been able to remove the scratches from the mirror - their advice and cleaning cost me close to $$).
