Gup
Brad, I've never been to South Korea so I Googled it to find out what mountain that is in your shot. I still can't find it!
I know Kia is a S. Korean company, but I also know they have other plants around the world, too. Was this shot in Japan or somewhere?
Gup
All I've shot recently with the Nikon are deer and my dog. The deer shots get posted on the Monday in Nature forum so here is the dog!
Patrick, I know your pain. This is Elwood. He's 5 years, 3 months now. His predecessor was almost identical but after 12 years developed an enormous tumour in his chest that prevented the vet from even getting a clear heartbeat through her stethoscope. This guy accompanies me literally everywhere but bed. For that he has his own.
These shots were taken a couple of days ago after his spring mani-pedi and facial. A two hour ritual neither of us really enjoys until it's over. The difference in the amount of spring muck he carries in on his feet can be measured on a bathroom scale.

Brad Cloven
Gup: That's Mount Rainier from Tacoma, Washington State. The Kias are imported and parked, waiting for buyers.

Tony: Most excellent group. Love them. Nice use of the wide angle and tripod for the waterfall. If it were me, I'm completely willing to crop the dickens out of things to narrow the subject matter, so I'd slice the top and bottom off of your "St.Georges in Grenada sunset" to make it a wide landscape. I'd be proud to have taken any of those. Very nice.

Member69643
Gup - Wow! What a gorgeous dog! I bet Elwood is as spoiled as my Fenris. I can believe you about the muck but that hair! And I thought a golden had a burr-magnet for a coat!

Fenris is ten, and the cancer was a small growth in his mouth, which we had removed. Average life span for that kind of tumor os about a year, so we're going to give him the best year we can. If it hasn't spread he'll be with us longer; may the canine gods grant us added time.
Member69643
@Matthew Currie

Love your photos. Shoot more film! The tattered flag is quite poignant.

Yes, it's fun to see what's on a roll you've not developed for a while. I have a roll of Acros I just finished yesterday in a Contax RTS II that I've been shooting on for 3-4 months.
