<p>This is one of the steam- and smoke-belching power plants, possibly the oldest and ugliest, on the east side of the Ohio River near Pittsburgh, PA. The only thing more depressing than seeing the few plants and factories like this that still operate is looking at those that have rusted into ruin in what has become an industrial graveyard.</p><div></div>

On Mt. Tamalpais (state park) is the wonderful Mountain Theater where every May & June a play is produced. This year it's the MUSIC MAN (99th anniversary of plays at the Mtn Theater too). It generally sells out (shows are Saturday & Sunday only)</p>

Here's mine for the week...another shot of the Perigee Moon, although I underexposed the shot to try and capture the detail just a little bit more. Shooting the brightness of the moon wasn't much fun, but seeing it and how much it lit up the surrounding landscape was very impressive!</p>
