phil_burt
Hello to all, Another great day for photos. Finally getting warm here in Kentucky so it will be outside shooting real soon. I love the Pet pictures esp. Matt Laur - Wirehared Pointer, Mikhail Tsypkin - One Eyed Dog and Eddy Furlong's Pixie So cute. Also love outside performers so Alejandfo Held's muscian caught my eye.
I have today a "Street Performer" in Nashville. I have been talking to him off and on for some 10 years. He does this for a living, a meager one I might add. He left home and a job for his Dream in Nashville and he loves what he does. I used my Nikon D90, Sigma 24-70 @ 62mm, f8, 1/1000, iso 800. Post processing in Photoshop CS4.
Again I want to Thank all photo submitters as they are a great learning tool.
phil b
benton,ky

ldgalaxy
Richard Karash - Nice sunset. I really like the wispy coulds and how the orange color in the lower right gradually turns into blue in the upper left corner.
John Farrar - I agree with an earlier comment that it looks like a piece of art.
Georg S - You really pulled this off, even in difficult lighting.
Last Saturday our photowalkingutah group met at the Union Station in Ogden, Ut to take some pictures. We had a really good turnout and the lighting was excellent during the two hours we walked around the station.
I was really pleased with how this turned out in color. But I decided to change the hue/saturation to give it more of an amber look and it helped some of the details under the train stand out a bit more.
