Spring has arrived early in Indiana; we hit 82 deg. F today, a new record. Hopefully this warm weather will encourage more photos. Here's one I shot the other day of a Downy Woodpecker in our yard.</p><div></div>

David_Cavan
<p>Just back from a week in Arizona, sorting through a lot of shots from the Tucson and Sedona areas. I had the chance to get a 500mm lens for the week, and that was kind of fun. What a monster, but there were some opportunities to use it. Here's a shot of an early hummingbird (it's been warmer than usual in southern Arizona as well) - not a perfect shot but it was fun to have the opportunity.</p><div></div> Dave Cavan https://davecavanphotographics.com/

philrichardson
<p>Second hummingbird of the post so far! Last weekend at the local wildlife reserve I got this shot of a Rufous/Allen’s Hummingbird. Beautiful bird. Submitted it to a bird ID forum to try to determine if it was Rufous or Allen’s. General consensus was Rufous, but not conclusive.</p><div></div>

bob-c
<p>I belong to a local camera club which is celebrating its 75th anniversary. Last Saturday many of us traveled to an Inn near Lancaster PA where in 1952 the club members met for a photoshoot and then took a group picture. We met at the same Inn, same table, and replicated the photo. It was a lot of fun and the food was great too. Here's a shot of the camera that we used to take the picture.</p><div></div>

Laura Weishaupt
Happy Thursday. We have a vernal pond in the yard. It is a small ecosystem supporting many animals from bugs to birds. These are frog eggs (still sorting out the species). This was the first time in water with my camera on a tripod. It was a bit nerve biting. I'll see if I can photograph their progress.<div></div>
