f._timothy_knapik
Has anyone had any experience developing APX 25 and APX 100 with D-23 deveoper? If so, please share with me your results and information such as dilution, time, etc. Thank you.
harold_todman1
I have used APX-25 w/D-23. I processed it in a JOBO tank (series 2500) with constant agitation for 12 minutes. The D-23 was mixed as specified in the instructions (I purchased it from Photographers Formulary). <p> I got very good overall contrast with no apparent grain. danny_o
APX 100, or 25, developed with D-23 is like filling up a 1958 Corvette with unleaded gas. Use Rodinal.
John Farrell
APX 100, or 25, developed with D-23 is like filling up a 1958 Corvette with unleaded gas. Use Rodinal. You do realise this thread is 9 years old?
glen_h
Maybe he still has some left, and needs to develop it? -- glen
John Farrell
I developed my last two rolls of APX100 yesterday, in Rodinal.
bgelfand
You do realise this thread is 9 years old? More like 19 years (1998 to 2017) old, but who's counting? <grin> Unfortunately I'm down to my last roll of (frozen) APX
