Great, fun capture - well seen! You might consider cropping the top down to just above the top of the near skate. The blue area, angle and ceiling are distracting, to my eyes. Nice work!

Very pretty. I like the image, but without the blank portion to the left. Perhaps crop just past the left end of the boats, maybe in the middle of the larger tree.

Man, that's hard to see.

Re-Tired Puppy -- a 12-year-old Shetland Sheepdog gal. Still plays a
lot, sleeps a lot -- probably not a bad way to enjoy life!
As to the photo -- would a tighter composition improve it (crop)?
Thanks for looking.

Nice, sharp B&W! The left side of the image appears to be about the wall and the clouds, leaving the building sort of out there by itself. Not good or bad, necessarily, just an observation. That said, I think the left two-thirds are a fine image, FWIW.

I'm learning the PS CS2 shadow/highlight tool. Any advice on that or
otherwise would be welcome. Thanks!

I really enjoy this image and the green color. Perhaps crop out the left 20 percent or so, which is so dark, so the eye concentrates on all that lushness and the interesting shapes and textures? Anyway, congratulations, well seen.

Very beautiful image indeed. Is it my monitor, or are her eyes not quite in focus?

Thank you. You have some great photography in your portfolio.

What a sweetheart! Maybe crop the blank spaces to the sides?

I share Jack's difficulty in finding that entire story in the image, though perhaps as part of a series. However, my view is that it is an excellent image, tastefully presented. You are one of the best at what you do, Mr. Peri, so one might inquire why you would care what at least some others say about your work? There are brutish folks in places high, low and indifferent. Your concern about the model's sensibilities is laudable and understandable. I'd guess that the choice to post the images on the Internet basically waives at least any technical issues of privacy, however much I might prefer that not to be the case. In any event, your beautiful and sensitive work is much appreciated by this observer. I hope you will continue give us the opportunity to appreciate it.

Maybe a macro lens say 100mm f/2.8 would help? I think it's worth it, but I like macro. (Still practicing, though.) More light helps, as well. You might enjoy John Shaw's book, "Closeups in Nature."

Thanks. Didn't bother me, just wanted you to know.

Forgot to add, the clear bubble is sap.

This would work better if there were nothing behind the table -- the background is distracting indeed. Some fill lighting in front would help next time. Keep shooting!
