Cactus flower. The cactus in perhaps 6-7" tall, and the blooms often project 4-5" from it. Blooms last one day only. This little cactus has had four in the last 10 days.

Very pretty, J.W. Nice colors and lovely composition on this one! About my photo - I know this forum is for photos - I took the photo of her sketch, practicing with my macro lens. I wanted her to see her sketch online, to encourage her to continue with this talent of hers. Sorry if it seemed to bother you seeing it here.
