Me... scruffy after a couple weeks after gum surgery. Gum surgery is not fun. But I was surprised to see my beard, which was once reddish... is now mostly white!

Beautiful image. The light and composition are fantastic.

This is fantastic. Nice simple composition. The shadows, lines, and varying tones on the snow work well together.

I like the color and texture. Nice DOF. I might crop at the top a little since the main interest is the spout and water.

Very nice focus and detail, excellent lighting.

Congratulations on being featured on photo.net's front page!

Outstanding! The plant is very interesting, the light and composition are perfect.

Hi Rich,
This streak of color is what I'm seeing on my film scans. I posted in the digital darkroom forum with a link to this to see if anyone had a clue what was going on. Multiple negatives do this. Canon FS4000 scanner. The software didn't seem to make any difference; I tried both the Canon software and Vuescan, so the problem appears to be hardware.

Stunning color, composition, texture, added to favorites. The camels add to it. You have a great eye. I'm going to keep browsing your work...

Incredible work!
HDR?

Beautifully done. My only critique is the composition. I'd crop the rocks at the top a bit to bring the emphasis down more on the water and trees.

Very much worth the effort, I'm glad you got up and down ok. The color, composition, sense of motion is fantastic.

Great exposure, and I love the pattern and colors.

4"x5" seems so pathetic now... hehe. This is really cool.

Hi Rich,
This is a beautiful, well composed scene. I love the color on the mountains in the background as well as the snow. The bench is well placed.
My main suggestion is to enhance the contrast between the bench and the background. Different lighting between the two would make it much better. Maybe flash on the bench... or maybe the bench in silhouette would work well. Or if possible, maybe even a very narrow depth of field so that the bench is sharp and the background soft.

I love the lines and composition, great perspective. The exposure looks well controlled. Nicely done.
