First Snow First Light

Sunrise over the White River and Mt Hood after the first winter storm of

the season had passed through.

It's great to see you here Sheldon. You have a beautiful leading line with the creek in the foreground leading back toward the mountain. You have a spiral composition. Moving up the creek, curving around toward the mountain into the cloud and looping back down into the trees, clockwise motion. For some reason the image looks flat here compared to Flickr which has pop to it. Don't know if it's the color space, double check that. Otherwise what a treat for you guys to witness and capture.

P.S. I like this comp better than Jesse's. The movement of the clouds is outstanding. Ry

Excellent image, composition, but, the snow is to pinky to me. IMHO
