  1. Nice shot. I've enjoyed seeing this and some of your other shots from the OBX. Looks like you caught a rainy day, I know there were rain bands recently from a hurricane. We passed through a few years ago right after a tropical storm so we were blessed with clear skys at the time. We really enjoyed Bodie Island lighthouse. I didn't have my Nikon when we were there, would love to have been able to get some better shots. Thanks for sharing!
  2. Beautiful shot! Love the colors and the composition.

I agree with the majestic and I'll add Stunning!
  4. Nice shot! I'm relocating soon to Utah, can't wait to see the landscape and the clear night sky's.

    Spring migration

Wow! Really cool shot. Now you've gone and done it and gotten my curiosity up. Good stuff!

Beautiful shot John. Love the different hues captured in the clouds and sky along with the reflection in the water. Great composition.

I agree with Jenna on the fingers, almost looks like another hand reaching from nowhere. I do have to say I like the look of deep reflection. Nice shot!
  8. Nice shot. We have a doe that hangs out in the trees in my front yard. Of course when I'm out working in the yard I never have my camera with me.

Hey Andrew, another excellent shot and great use of the reflection along with her reflecting.

Madeleine, love the shot. With all the hustle and bustle in life, your shots always bring the mind back to a very serene place.

Really nice shot Andrew. I'm guessing from the reflection of the sun, this was taken later in the day with the sun directly behind her? Love the detail of the water and the wood grain from the bridge. Where did you take this? ~Tony

    Eureka Sand Dunes

Andrew, another stellar shot! Excellent composition and great exposure.

Andrew, very interesting and creative shot. Love the use of the reflection and lighting.
  14. They are very cute and they did pose very nicely. I do agree, they wreak havoc on the bird feeders although not nearly as much as the raccoon that paid us a visit last spring. Again along with all of your other shots that you've posted, very good work. It looks like a very beautiful area.
  15. Paulette, really nice shot. Love the clarity and sharpness on the subject. Now as long as you can keep them away from my bird feeder I'll say they're cute.
  16. Thanks Andrew. She actually went to the Security Conference I was there for, so she was with me for a cold but beautiful evening :)

Andrew, as with several of the shots you've put up today, excellent use of lighting and great creativity. As always, very good work.

    Cosmic dance

Andrew, I agree with the other comments, very creative and very well executed. I do have to add though, if I worked with some of the models that you work with and got some of the images you get, I think I'd probably be able to get a nice self portrait with all those stars dancing around my head after my wife finished with me
  19. Thanks Andrew. Blew through a lot of frames trying to get the exposure and everything right. They had a really nice, well done and long fireworks show which gave me a lot of chances to get a few good shots.
