Love the shot! I too have been trying to get some good night shots, so far not much that I'm happy with. Too much light pollution where I live for one thing. Definitely want to use manual focus and exposure when working with the night sky -

Hello everyone. I'm just getting back into photography after a several decades long break (since the mid 80's). I am trying to learn all of the ins and outs of shooting digital. I'm using a Nikon D3400 and am loving it so far. Looking forward to getting out and getting some more shots, and learning from the community.
