Beautiful shot! Good use of the reflection from the lake and excellent job of capturing the fall colors. -

Nice shot Andrew. I've been through plenty of storms having grown up in Oklahoma, but I've never been in one in a desert setting. It looks like a lot of dust is getting picked up and blown in the background. I would venture to guess that for you and your model this could have been rather uncomfortable. -

Wonderful shot Peter! I love the way the colors blend. The composition of this shot almost makes it look like the tree is directing the clouds to where they should be. -
I'll throw in some more shots from the previous weekend's trip to Antelope Island with the Big Dipper, a general patch of stars and a twilight view of White Rock Bay.

Andrew, I agree with the other comments, very beautiful shot. I really like the depth of colors and the overall composition. It's always amazing to me how someplace so harsh can look so serene. Nice shot and glad to see you back! -
Interesting shot Andrew. I'm guessing they want to make sure the warning gets across with all of the languages. I'm curious as to where this is?

Really nice shot, great depth of field, love the hues and the motion of the water. One thing I'm curious about though, in the exif data it's showing a different name for the copyright? -
Here are a few shots from my trip to Antelope Island State Park on The Great Salt Lake. It was a bit smoky as some of the discussion last week eluded to.

Nice shot! My last outing was not as clear as there was a lot of smoke in the air from the wildfires. I love the detail in this shot! -
Despite the smoke in the air, the moon was very clear up on Buffalo Point. -

Some of the smoke could be from the fires in Utah as well, not as much press but still producing lots of smoke.

Really nice shot with the Milky Way contrasted by the lights from the nearby town.
