ahh bullocks, can you check now, I've added more explanation about what's going on. It should explain to you what the current state of your subscription and expected charges are. If it's still confusing let me keep thinking.

Guys! If you see the orange button that means your account is set to expire, there's no more charging and we don't store and credit card info ourselves. At anytime you can press the orange button to PAY US AGAIN using the same or new credit card for a continued subscription, which would extend your premium subscription out further. but you don't have to. The clock is ticking on your premium accounts if you see the orange button. NO Charge happen again, repeat, no charges Let us know if there's some other way to present that case, easier to read, if confusing.

wait... You're only supposed to see that once, ONLY once per user, it's a one time only dialog for legal purposes, how many times do you see it? that could be a clue here. The only thing I can do next is log directly into our 3rd party email service to trace how the emails might be blocked for you.... perhaps you "unsubscribed??" the 3rd party email provider has it's own unsubscribe process on its own, that's something else to think of.

that just has to be what the overall bug is, the user pages where you upload show things correctly, but the public profile pages get mixed up. it's something with the javascript infinite scroller or a bug with a backend machine, that's the latest.

Now I created a test gallery with the test image, sorted the galleries, and it's correctly showing the test gallery as the last one on the public profile page. Note: The profile page exact counts of public photos and galleries cached usually for about 5 to 10 minutes, because it's expensive to query and we saving load, if you don't see them changing right away.

Yikes, I have logged in as you and did a test upload. Your member pages account says "145" photos and I can always see them all, your public profile page only says 110. I did a test upload and now it says "111" profile photos, and 146 photos in your account page. So at least it's consistent that way. I added the test photo to your "featured photos" it now says 71, which should be correct. I tested sorting featured photos, and it's correctly sorted the test photo to be last. That's the bug right? the mis-match between the profile page and the member center pages??

Alright, so right now, I basically have 2 emails sent this evening saying "hey I didn't get an email", which is crazy to debug. You don't have any spam settings or anything set? Something just has to be getting out to you at least part of the way.

Your own photo. you should receive an email because it's your own photo and you should be notified about any comments, as you confirmed with your /my/account settings. Alright, thanks Glenn found a few others with an issue, there's some bug being tripped with "public / private" logic is our current best guess. Some of the older developers aren't around any longer, so we'll dig into the work with the indexer. thanks

OK, I'm going to start commenting on your photos, I'll also provide an example photo for you and I both to comment on. If you have the settings above you should get email alerts on all the comments that you and I do.

Hey you're cool with us trying to login to your account and directly see what you're seeing? I want to try sorting your featured photos etc.

Also "recent" page is back dated a day and 1/2. So you won't appear there right away. We unfortunately get a ton of spam uploads and need a day to always comb through and remove them.

Hello, trending photos goes back a week, it's never a fixed list, it's a constantly evolving list of what's currently popular over the last 5 days or so. There is some pretty stiff competition. We're trying to give everyone airtime. As for recent, it's shouldn't "disappear" it should just be further down the list. I will check that. If you do delete a lot of images and add, perhaps a bug is exposed in the indexing process, I'll check that as well.
