I'd love some feedback

Nice image, nice use of colour, lighting, reflection -- well done!

Cute photo, the only improvement i can suggest is that if dof were a bit shallower, the subject would standout from the background a little more.

i really like this image, great capture! I feel like this could be part of a series of 8-10 images that would demonstrate those feelings we all momentariily have towarrds others, I`d love to see that...

i like the colour here - it is really beautiful light - is it dawn or dusk? i am guessing that the image is pretty heavily cropped (seeing as it was taken with a fisheye lens), I`d be interested to see a version a little less cropped, it may give more of a feeling of wide open space.

i really like this photo - fantasticc use of shallow dof - for me it gives it a real spiritual quality

Hi Pnina,
Thanks - I'm new here, and still learning about photography, I can see (now) what you are getting at with this image, thanks for explaining - it helps too photographic education :)

Great use of repetition and differences, a very pleasing image.

great shot - how did you do it?

Really interesting composition, I love the comparison of the girl and the dog - sleek lines against soft furry outline, rib cage visible in model and dog obviously well fed... The only thing I thin may improve it would be a little bit stronger lighting on the girl, but this is a very minor improvement suggestion.
Cheers,
Russell

The composition is superb, but I feel uneasy with the lighting... The subject's ear is in highlight and her nearest eye is in shadow (for example), it makes the image uncomfortable to view - not sure if this s what you were going for, but I think it detracts from a great composition. Since it looks unposed, not sure there's anything you could actually do about this, maybe shoot from the other side, but this up señor give the same strong compositional elements...

Thanks for your kind words, that's what I was going for. Also, just grateful the expression wasn't "who's that dude poking the camera in our face" :)

Keen to hear any views... Particularly suggestions and improvements.
Thanks,
Russell

What a great shot! Superbly lit, and great use freezing motion, it's the kind of shot I hope to get to be day!

Great image - superb example pod the "decisive moment" - really nothing I can suggest - maybe a polarising filter to remove the window reflections, but that is only a small I matter.
cheers,
Russell

Lovely shot - the only improvement I can see is that is may be better if the light was a little bit more in his eye socket rather than the top of his head.

Great shot, the only minor improvement I can think of is that the blonde would benefit from a little more light into her eyes, but otherwise great shot!

nice shot, but the dark line along the bottom is off putting, I`m not sure what its doing there, but if you crop it, the image will be much better.
