Very cool photo, Glenn! I discovered it's rather well-known in the area. Every photo I found on the internet has different art. I used Topaz Gigapixel x6 and downsized to OP (sometimes gives the illusion of more resolution), tried out a new sharpening plugin APF-R, white balanced and raised the highlights and exposure a tad in ACR. (APF-R absolute point of focus, is an astrophotography plugin that has been enhanced to work on daylight scenes also. Requires Photoshop 22+)

Just tried to enhance the nice image. Gigapixel AI x6 > reduction to original size > crop and straighten > Luminar AI for minor adjustments of Enhance Accent and Mystical > Infinite Tools Radiance PS panel > Topaz Sharpen AI >small basic adjustments in ACR plugin > el fin
