    Deers

I like the look of layers you have in this composition. The strip of lighter sand(?) pulls the eye and highlights the deer nicely. Amy

    Universe...

A galaxy framed. Very cool. Amy

I love the "almost-symmetry" of this one. The different position of the left arm captures the eye and brings you back. More interesting than if the arms were symmetrical, IMHO. Amy
  6. Okay, I'll bite....what?
  7. The clouds and trees and the single structure paint the picture of abandonment. As mentioned, the overall tone supports that feeling as well.

    Bikes... 155

It is this unusual combination of colors that make this one for me. Very nice. Amy

Raymond, this one is very appealing to my eye. The soft palette is what makes it work so well I think. It's a photo of a place that one would like to just hang out with a couple of friends. If it were to be in a harsher light, it would have a totally different feel. Anyway, I think this one works. Amy

    Beach Sunset

I really like how you've eclipsed to sun with a beach umbrella. It has an interesting effect. Amy

    Cool processing. Amy
  14. Me too. I couldn't put my finger on why this one works, just knew that it did. Wolfgang makes a good point. For whatever reason, this one is great! Amy

    Maybe (someday)

Good find and presentation, Kevin. Amy
  16. I love this portrait! All that space on the right, the transition from warm to cool colors; a really creative presentation. The mood is a bit sad and nostalgic to me, but still, these are very real and raw emotions. This speaks to me of the passing of time. There's really so much in this one. It's going into my favorites. Amy

  23. K.D.: I keep coming back to this one. I have yet to comment because I couldn't think of the best words. It's very interesting: abstract, textural, and obviously defies words (for me, anyway). It has that "something", though. Good one. Amy

    Shapes and Shadows

Very nice, Lynne. I love how this descibes the subject in parts and pieces. Love it! Amy
