Thanks all for your comments and critiques. Craig you are perfectly right about the catch lights. They are in fact too large. I used a silver beauty dish with a grid and wanted a softer but still directional light than the rest of the shots in this shoot. So I moved the dish even closer to get the effect, with the result of getting very large catch lights. Best regards to all!!

Available lighting. This was a snapshot shot at 100mm, f2.8, 1/250 sec and ISO 3200.
