ya i dont think i would shoot the ir sheet film unless i had brand new holders, i would be paronoid the entire time using the holders i have even though they seem in good shape, and processing the film would be another problem, i would be too worried i would fog the film some how, the efke sheet film that has the "halo" effect is really expensive compared to the regular kind, i think its somewhere close to 4.00 a sheet.

thanks for the nice comments, yeah peter i am using a roll film back, thought about getting the sheet film, but 2.00 a shot kept me from it lol.

I have two: the first one was in the movie coal miners daughter, tommy lee jones was doing a picture of sissy spacek to be sent to the radio station with her record, he was using what looks like a crown graphic, he told her to pose, he set the shutter, put the film holder in and took the picture, but....he never pulled the dark slide out.
2nd one, in the movie 13 going on 30, the girl hired her friend to do some images for a magazine layout, he was using what looked like a hassleblad, after all the images were done they were looking at the slides on the light table, most of them were 6x6, there was one 6x7 and the last one he took he was still using the hassey, but on the light table that image was clearly shot with a 4x5. anyone else got any......

hi christian, here are a few images i did with the efke, these were shot at iso 3, same filter as yours, these were shot with a shen hao field camera with a 6x9 film back. i use a spot meter and find the brightest area on the foilage that is near what im photographing, place it on about zone 5 1/2, on really bright days, it seems to hit at around 1 sec @f16 like the above said. good luck

luis G, thats a good one,

people will allow you access to places that clearly say "no trespassing" just because you are toting a field camera, because they think there property will be featured in some magazine. (i love it : ))
