    Hello, after 10+ years my nikon IV ED is giving me trouble, took it to a repair shop here in Brazil and they said they can't fix it. we're going to Germany in december. Anyone recommend a repair shop in Germany? Anyone know Dostal & Rudolf GmbH in München? We'll be near Nuremberg and Bamberg. Thank you very much!!

    Correct rodeo_joe, iso 200. yes Mike Gammill, forte closed shop some time ago. as i said i have 6 more rolls of forte pan. i don't remember why i bought these films, i've always used kodak trix and then ilford hp5. thank you glen_h, will look at that! thank you all so much!

    Ok, developed 2 rolls, came out weak, (i might save some pix when i scan them) (tomorrow). so i thought the time was wrong. went back to instructions and to my surprise "above times are for artificial light only. when exposing film to daylight or with electronic flash increase exposure 1 stop." so i developed another roll and increased development by +- 50%, to 14 min. came out alright. for the remaining 6 rolls i have, i'll set the camera iso 800.

    I have some Fortepan 400 to develop but the instruction that came w/ the film is very basic, i need to know developing times w/ Ilford ID11 (didn't find anything on the net) the instruction only says: Ilford 20ºC 10.5 min. Thank you!

    Hello, I'll be going to Germany in june, staying near Bamberg - Nurenberg. I'd like to take my scanner to be checked. Anyone knows a good scanner repair shop in the area? I wonder if Nikon authorized repair still repairs scanners !!!! Thank you! -- we'll be renting a car, so traveling a bit isn't a problem

    Thank you Andrrew. I've saved these films for so long might as well save them a little longer and have the film holder checked. (want to get some NEW55 anyway) but as you said the chemicals are failing. Yes i leave the lever at L setting, and yes i'm the original owner and no i didn't store them in the fridge or freezer! Thank you again!

    Hello, I have here 3 sheetes of pola 55 PN 4x5 - had 10 - expired march 2001 after 7 tries and getting no image i thought, "of course they are expired!" but then i thought, "maybe they are not getting exposed, when i pull the envelope to expose the whole thing is coming up the holder." so, could it be the film holder has a problem? is it really the films? help! not gonna do anything for now. Thank you !!!
