    Hello, So we went to Germany and i took my nikon IV ED for repair / cleaning at Dostal & Rudolf GmbH in München. Very nice place and knowledgeable people. 220 euros. I recommend them. cheers!

    i prefer film scanner. especially older color negs and slides, Digital ICE comes really handy.

    I had posted this in another forum Forums>Equipment>Nikon Hello, after 10+ years my nikon IV ED is giving me trouble, took it to a repair shop here in Brazil and they said they can't fix it. we're going to Germany in december. Anyone recommend a repair shop in Germany? Anyone know Dostal & Rudolf GmbH in München? We'll be near Nuremberg and Bamberg. Thank you very much!!

    the issue with mine is also focus, but the opposite of yours, sharp in the center and out of focus on the edges.

    I'm back after exactly 3 years! how are you? well another question about the picture, did you yourself scan the neg? which scanner? it looks very good! my nikon IV ED is giving up on me and i'll have to buy a new scanner, looking at Pacific Image and Plustek! Have a nice day!
