I wasn't sure in which category to place this. A photo from a few
years back. Some construction workers were rebuilding a house in
my neighborhood. They let me photograph them. I captured this in
the back yard. Thank you.
It warms my heart how you see love and capture it in your photography. I guess you see this family often. Do they live nearby? It's so good to see a father take such good care of his children.
This photo caught my eye with the pretty pink canoes in the thumbnail version. What a beautiful scene: canoes stacked in the woods with the snow and the burch trees. Beautiful lighting.
What a lovely photogaph this turned out to be. Very unusual and intersting perspective, Andrea! This photo really caught my eye. The red pants really pop! Best regards, -- Janice
I have a lot to learn about layers. Apparently, you are a master at it. Lovely, how you blend colors with greyscale. Well done. Best regards, -- Janice
What a tender photo. The detail is exquisite, and the composition very well done. The contrast between what he/she is holding and his hands is what caught my attention. Thanks for commenting on my photo. Best regards, -- Janice
What a beautiful close-up. At first, before I read the caption, I thought I was looking at an orange-colored waterfall. Beautiful lighting and color. Best regards, -- Janice
I don't think this is an average photo, Scott. I think it is incredible! The timing is perfect, and I like all the elements together: dog, cameleon, bait and your hand. Excellent!
Thank you so much for your comment. This is a tight crop of the original. I was using photography as a relaxation tool that day, because driving (or should I say, being the passenger) in freshly fallen snow is extremely dangerous. We were driving home early that day because of the bad weather.
I was actually trying to capture as many details as possible in this photo. I was waiting for the train to arrive, so I photographed many different scenes, trying to take up the time.
Natalia -- What a lovely, peaceful scene. Great focus. Composion is well done as well. Where is this located? This is a very welcoming photograph. It invites me to visit and sit on the bench. --Best regards, Janice
