This is lovely TM J. Very good timing to have captured the whole bird with the wings forward. I like also the little blur on the wings to show movement. Also there is not too much flowers to compete with the bird for attention. Good to see your skill gets better and better on taking this bird shots.
Best wishes Robert.

Charles, this is a very beautiful lotus. You have managed well the exposure though the lighting is a bit strong. I would prefer taking this kind of shots early in the morning or on an overcast day, because there will be no harsh shadows and the color of the flower will be richer. I also prefer to have the whole flower in focus. You already have done a very good job getting the whole lotus sharp but the two petals closest to the lotus pod. I appreciate your effort. Nice work and thanks for sharing.
Best wishes Robert.

Hi Thadd, this is a very well done picture with lots of details for me to taste. As Roger had said some more room on the right would be an advantage. Also I am not sure about the leave coming up from the bottom. I might try to get the whole of it or without it. Good work and thanks for sharing.
Best wishes Robert.

Hi Ifti, the sharpness and the details are both great in the head, but still wish to see the head a tiny bit brighter. As most of the others have said the lower part of the bird is just too dark and almost lost in the background. I have opened this picture in photoshop and found there is no light value on the lower part of the bird. That means you can't do much to brighten that area. If you have a chance to re-shoot this bird, you may other setting like f/8 and with a bit higher ISO maybe.
Happy bird shooting Robert.

Hi Leslie, this is a very eye catching picture of a flower. The color is nicely captured with good sharpness. It is also good that the center of the flower is not at the middle of the pciture. But I am not sure about the blue triangles on the right, I myself would prefer not to have. Thsi is still a high quality flower picture.
Regards Robert.

Really good capture of a rose Engela. Good sharpness and well exposed that details in the petals is so eaily to taste. The black background helps the make the flower stand out and the waterdrops are always a plus. Just fell a little tightly cropped on the right and the bottom. Well done and thanks for posting.

A wonderful flower picture Paulo. The B/W is a good choice for the presentaiton. Also the vignetting helps focusing on the flowers. Not too sure about the tiny flowers? are helping or distracting. Very Nice work all the same. Regards Robert.

HI Alex,
this is a very nice capture of a white flower. It is good that the flower is sharp and the white petlals are not over exposed. And the color looks natural. But for me, the flower is too centered while the leaf with a long stem behing is drawing too much of my attention. best wishes Robert
