    The Iris is one of the hardest flowers to photograph successfully. Everyone seems to be stuck on macro images, but you did an excellent job of capturing the whole flower in a very beautiful way. Great color, composition, and asthetics. Well done. Mike

    James, I am glad I made at least one person happy today. I do try to to keep things simple when I shoot. I enjoy trying to unravel the simplicity of nature sometimes to a fault. I appreciate your comments. Mike

    Image was a very tight crop (537x662 pixel) before rendering in PS3

    Hi Bob, thanks for your comment. This was taken with a Canon S3 IS and unfortunately I can't use a PF with it, but yes, I do use PF filters with my other camers.
