The Canon 100-400 L MK II is a great lens but it is expensive. Have you considered the Sigma 150-600mm C or sport for much less money. I had the 100-400 L Original and sold it after buying a Sigma 150-600 Contemporary used on Craigslist for $700. I will post some recent images. Here is an interesting comparison video. LINK

I have no idea. I thought I read there was a bug in the coding with the data base or something and since I can't find that thread.

I am thinking much of this is the cookie cutter (not intended as an insult) forum software being used now.

I hope to get clarification on our Portfolio Images. If/when/will they return. I can see my attachments and in that list there are images that were hyperlinks to images in my portfolio. I see there is an option for me to download them. I also see private message images in my attachments that were never intended for open public viewing ever. Are these images still private? I also see no way to delete my images. Will we get access to our portfolio images and control over them and will we be allowed to delete them as we used to be able to. Is Photo.net still based in the United States of America? If not, where?

Try logging out and log back in with password. Maybe it is just a glitch.

Cant you upload directly to the forum thread. I know they are working on a bug with the portfolio photo database.
