Shot on an early December morning at the Neckar river, close to

The turtle seemed to have lost direction. Instead of crossing the

street, it wandered along lengthwise. Between all sorts of rather fast

driving vehicles. We helped the animal escape this dangerous situation.

I seem to like it a lot, but I'd rather see more details.

photo certainly is an outstanding one. Composition is gerat, light as well! I'd just prefer the part inside the harbour a bit less dark, but maybe then the photo in total wouldn't work that good anymore. Ah, and a larger version would be nice.

the frontal nudity doesn'twork. Let her tilt the body away from the cam, so the breast(s) are viewed in profile. Try to add a seam of light at the outline of her body. Face should get a larger part of the frame, and more interesting lighting. BTW, the size of the foto is to small to judge about technical things like detail, sharpness and so on.

the composition a lot! Question: why did you chose 6400ASA and 1/320s? The 5DMkII is even at high ISO a very good tool, but I think, the raw data would have been even better with, say, 800ASA and 1/40s?

Understandably so: it is special. The rest, well it was seen a thousand times before, often technically better done. Maybe you should try to create more such special shots, instead of following the average nudity road. And I think the copyright should be a bit more unobtrusive.

and DOF are interesting. But there is a strange halo around the pillars. And the pillars are IMO to dark. With a different postprocessing, this shot would be more convincing, I think.

what the unaltered orignal (RAW or JPG) looked like? This is a nice result, however, to me it appears that there was quite a lot of pp applied.

shot, this one. A minor critique: the framing could be IMO better. Put the model and the stand closer to the left of the frame, and don't cut the flowing dress at the right.

Nevertheless I'd love to see it larger. A 120x80 cm fine arts print would do :)

In August, Madeira does the Assumption Day. Lots of streets are

decorated with literally tons of flowers, silver saluts boom all over

the island. Impressive.

This guy was sitting on my car. I think the bug is male because of the

extended part at the lower part of its body... Yes, my car was rather

dirty and I cleaned it since then.
