Beautifully rendered photo, Kyn, just like the last one that you put for a Qritique. The composition is simple and works very well. Kind of divided in rectangular elements, (the wooden wall, the green part, and even the girl rises upwards.) The girl looks like she is not absent minded, but here with you. Which is great the way you represented it here.

If it is for the company's advertisement, marketing, it looks really cool. I wouldn't change a thing. It vibrates, it's lively.

Life at its full! Great moment!
Details of the dog and of the girl are so professionally done or rendered.

To me this image looks like it has been taken on set, during filming, although Iker said it is not a posed image. With the black frame it looks more coherent to me, even with the title "China." Without the title I wouldn't have known or guessed that is about China. Muted brown colors and the person carefully merged into, depicts heavy and somber atmosphere of the Old City. Maybe it is only depicted pollution above it. I am not sure, but for me it works really good. What I like the most is light balance of chiaroscuro. Brightness on the left side in the background, or back of the image that gradually goes toward dark and darken the left foreground of the image. Thus making a nice 3D effect. It is really beautiful work of art, in my opinion.

Although this kind of photos are done zillion times, for me it is a kind of groundbreaking and innovative image in this field. Rendering of the light, water, moss and mist gives an extraordinary beautiful image that can invoke all kinds of feelings in a viewer.

Hi Richard,
between very bright sky with the Sun and a very dark ground you found a balance by representing misty ground and subtly illuminated flowers and grass by the road. It is eye-catching.

I like how you rendered her eyes and her hair, and overall the whole portrait. I think that having rendered her eyes differently (glassy, honey-looking), that it makes her more alive and eye-catching.
The portrait reminds me of a stereotype of american country girl wearing jeans and a country hat too. Hope you don't mind that.

Well focused lily where the thin black rim of the petals make beautifully clear boundary against the light blurry background. The pestles are too beautifully focused and they glow silvery, while popping up from the dark whole in the flower, that you represented here very carefully.

10.5! Wow! (I'm using 15 mm.)
Oh, Mars like. I'd have never thought that. I saw satellite pictures of Mars' red - brown surface, and it looks like you achieved it here.

With this very wide angle lens the sand beach appears surreal. Is this 15 mm lens?

Hi Steven,
I think it is very pleasant to look at this portrait. It's capturing a lot. His face gives a sense of innocence and love, is a kind of dreamy too, for my opinion.
I like how you focused on half of his face and how you processed it too.

I like the angle you chose for the couple to photograph. It is groovy and cool! It somehow defines their life-style or a particular life-style of rich people from Monte Carlo or California, in my opinion. Energy, bright colors, good looking faces, fashion, etc.

Impressionism in painting, is that what reminds me of. There were artist of Impressionism who painted portraits in detail, almost photographically. It is really like this portrait. the only name that I could think about is a Croatian impressionist Vlaho Bukovac who studied in Paris.
I hope I didn't insult you by comparing your image to an art style and this artist, because everybody is trying to be unique.

Nicely balanced composition with the two women. One in front and the other one at the back as a silhouette. With that, I think, you communicated very well the dynamic of the composition, the mood and the story of someone's home.
Mood is wonderfully described with pastel colors. It creates warmth of their home and is inviting also. Maybe because of the fire and the kettle that you focused on.

The foliage looks beautiful, kind of hazy and dreamy too. Did you use some filters to achieve this haziness? I like it a lot.

I like the lane and a curvy land on the right side of the photo. The moon looks beautiful and I like the way you placed it in the frame. The whole composition is clean and tidy. Nicely cut and divided elements, overall.

I think that your photo of China quite differs from the photos I have ever seen about China. Your style is very distinguish. It goes toward art, in my opinion.
I especially like the reflexion of the hills in a flooded rice field. It gives a unique pattern.

This one is really grabbing my attention. It's absolutely a winner! I love rainforest. Though I have only seen it in photographs and documentaries. I like everything about that picture. It's mystic, because the viewer can only be surprised of what's behind that corner. The whole composition is like prelude into the canyon filled with sun-rays that bounce off of the canyon's walls making moss, humidity and haziness so magical.

It is very strong and firm focus of the athlete caught in a very tense pose, where you emphasized muscularity of her back.
