Giangiorgio, This heron is so very close to our Great Blue Heron (Ardea herodias) they could easily be mistaken for each other! Well done! -

Well done Giangiorgio! It is not so much the technical side of this image, but the impact of the scene! It appears that both birds have drawn blood! I would be proud of this image! -

Beautiful image Giangiorgio! A difficult bird to light properly but you have succeeded! They are very similar to the Snowy Egret in the U.S. -
