First impression when I laid my eyes on this one was - Awesome! The gentle kiss given shows us how our wildlife never cease to show us their side of gentleness - Your timing was perfect. Suddenly, I wished that I could just step into your capture and lead them out and into the African bush here in South Africa or even better to Botswana. You have certainly touched the strings of the heart of a true African who loves all creatures great and small on our Planet and hurts every time she sees them behind bars as if they are sentenced to imprisonment. Thank you so much dear friend for sharing another one of your fantastic works.

  1. Lovely capture. I took the very same capture from I think if we stayed at the same Hotel in Egypt or maybe on the same walkway across the river. Thank you so much for sharing and reminding me of my own trip to Egypt. Warmest Regards.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and those words truly spoken. When one who looks at nature with his/her eyes as if they are looking through the viewfinder of their camera and sees all it's beauty then they are truly blessed. Beautiful capture my friend as well as the colours and clarity shown to us. Thank you for sharing. Warmest Regards

You made me laugh! This is so cute and well taken. I myself at present only have 6 dogs left and must agree that no matter what these creatures always make a plan - They have to be on a chair no matter what. Thank you for sharing another wonderful moment with us. Warmest Regards

I am a romantic at heart and sentimental all the way. This year my husband

took me to Botswana for our wedding Anniversary and like most other

woman we experience those moments which stays in our hearts forever.

The reason for this capture is the fantastic sunset we had in the Okovango

on the day of our Wedding Anniversary 20/05/2011.

This one is for my Husband whom I love with all my heart - Thank you my

    Love-

True Masterpiece! Oh, this male's growl with the teeth showing so clearly, the wrinkles on it's nose and let's not forget to mention the pink tongue - almost as if he is storming out of the Dark of the night at you. Superb! Congrats and I love it again. Regards

  2. What a Moment you caught here! They must have just finished eating or still busy eating? Evidence clearly showing on their faces and having experienced the wild I can almost smell the blood. Your colours are just perfect, and the clarity of the front cat with the soft focus of the one in the back is marvelous.Pity, I could not rate it because I would rate a 7. Will return to this one once you post for rating. Thank you as well for your visit to my Port to rate my cat. Regards Johanna from South Africa

    Hallo Radu,Engela,Mike & Ruud,

Thank you so much for your visits to my Port as well as all your lovely and encouraging comments left here. Engela, Kruger National Park is a place you will see the Lions & Leopards as well as a visit to Botswana which was my first experience of such a close encounter. This male was also quite relaxed and on the hunt and could not really be bothered with us tourists which was a plus for us. Have a lovely day/evening all of you.

    Warmest Regards

Thank you for your valuable insight as to the habitat of the wildlife on our planet. I find it so sad that there is so much ignorance out there as far as wildlife is concerned. What worries me the most is our younger generations that are so blinded by modern life.

Have a wonderful day and thanks again.

Congratulations, and your thoughts have made an Impact! Firstly, we have to make sure that all "Governments" take note of what the whole purpose of life on Earth is all about. My opinion, like I'm sure there are many others like me out there does not count with our so called "Presidents" whom we all have selected. For generations they had "Promised" if we selected them they would in turn do for us the people expect what is expected of them.

Humans have invaded the planet and continue to do so at such an alarming rate that it is rather disturbing expecially in countries where there is so much poverty. The more humans the less space for our wildlife. Very few actually care and it is rather sad. Take for excample the grazing and freedom that the Bufallo used to have all over certain areas of America. Winters they used to migrate to certain areas and then in the summer back to where they came from - Lands have been devided and they had to according to "Man" adapt. India- they are killing the Tigers because of their cattle are getting caught by the tigers for food, why ? The Tigers have less and less space to hunt.

     - Greed-

Unfortunately, if mankind and a few of us does not keep an eye, I only see disaster for us the humans.

Thank goodness so far in South Africa we might have the Kruger National Park, but our animals are free to roam and hunt and there you are in their territory and not the other way around.

Great capture and thank you for sharing with us.

    Warm Regards from South Africa

Breathtaking! I read you mentioned getting in the water to capture this Magnificent view and it most certainly paid off since what you captured here was a view to treasure and keep safe. Also, hopefully you had "gum boots" on otherwise you feet must have been frozen as well. Amazing, how the clouds are reflected here in the bottom left hand corner of this capture. I can almost feel the crispness and cold of the air and the quiet in the area away from all city noise. Thank you so much for sharing the beauty you captured of Mother Earth. Warmest Regards
