Yeah, I'm not the type to have Nikon plates on my car either.
I'm more the type that would use a diaper bag for a camera bag so that no-one knows that I'm carrying a nifty camera.

A friend of mine runs an interactive blog of license plate photos.
Anyone can photograph a plate and email it in.<P>
Anyway, I ran across this plate recently and thought you'd all like to
see it.<P>
Feel free to share any related plates that you have seen.<P>
I remember that the photo editor of my college paper had NIKON plates.<P>

I am a big fan of Scott Kelby's books. Check out "The Photoshop Book for Digital Photographers". I think this book explains how to use Photoshop in a logical and easy to follow along manner.<P>

Someone asked for photos of current Nikon assembly plants. I remembered linking something like that from the <a href="http://leovilletownsquare.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=453489&page=&view=&sb=5&o=&fpart=all&vc=1">Nikon Fanatics at Leoville</a> thread and went looking for it.<P>
Here is what I found:<P>

Is there a similar page for the D100 ?

Why is there a ban at Yankee stadium on "big cameras" ?
What exactly is a "big camera" ? I imagine something large format, like a 4x5 or 8 x 10 camera. :)

They didn't like the monopod but they let me in with it. I'd like to get a cane handle for it so I get less hassle about it.
After the game, my hubby overheard security tell someone else that something he had shouldn't have gotton thru. I don't know if they meant the camera or the monopod.
What do you do if the venue won't permit your equipment in the door?
Wrigley doesn't have much parking (at all) so we had to take the train there. It's not like we even had the option of placing it in the car trunk to give thieves something to work on.

I took some pictures at Wrigley Field recently. You're welcome to

The game was sold out, so I had to pretty much make due with the seat
I had, which was behind the home plate net.<P>
Hopefully my pictures tell an interesting story for the viewers.<P>
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!<P>

At a glance it looks like the "prize" is getting your photo published.
Thanks for pointing it out.

What's weird is that the card reader worked fine last week. <P>
It just stopped working.<P>

Thanks everyone! The card reader is one of those 4 in one type readers that came with the computer. I have a theory that card readers last about 100 transfers because this is the third card that has conked out on me. We plugged in a Dazzle USB card for the compact flash format (only) and it is working fine now.
Thanks again for the advice. I really appreciate it.<div></div>

Hi! I'm using Nikon View 6.1 which worked last week to load photos
into my computer from a compact flash card. Today it won't work,
stating that "There is no memory card in the connected camera or the
card reader"<P>
I tried going to MY COMPUTER and trying to find the compact flash
reader drive there, but it isn't listed there today.<P>
So, how can I fix this?<P>
I have tried more than one compact flash card, so chances are - it
isn't the card.<P>
Thanks!<P>

Thanks for asking about it.

To get some fun candids, buy a waterproof camera and hand it to the swimmers in the pool during "recess" and let them take some pictures.

How about we go directly to the Adobe page?<P>
