As usual, I like the light and color. I would prefer her leg not to be textured; it her look like she has varicose veins.

That's because the light is flat.

I like the quality of the light, and the color. The cross-processing may have increased the grain; I do not think it looks appropriate for a young girl.

Tamara, your sense of color is so good. I have witnessed proof of this time and time again. Maybe you went too far with the eye saturation (they would stand out anyway).

 

I would have cloned out the spot on the girl's arm.

The halo around the tree looks very unsettling.

No need to make the clouds so blue. Interesting light; it brings out the shape of the body.

I like the color it lent, but the shadows are unflattering. Look at the left girl's chin, for example.

Blatantly out of focus, dude. Sometimes you have to let it go. I presume the light was dim.

Why the diffusion?

Correct. My school is in Scheveningen. (Yes, I saw the folder.)

I like way the shorter girl is resting her hand on the taller one.

 

I noticed a lot of "mosquito noise"; the edges are not clean. It is as if you resaved a JPEG.

We have all seen this place before, but I like how you controlled the highlights; they look so creamy.

Used a reflector?

Well, well, well...what do we have here? Ah, yes: a Dutch girl--the freckles are a dead giveaway.

 

I reflect now over the pictures we had taken at school. A studio photographer would come once a year to take our picture. Needless to say, I did not think much of it at the time. As I look back at them today, I am amazed at how well they were done! The skin tones the photographer coaxed out of the film had nicer color than what I can get myself today. Expect these girls to come knocking on your door in twenty year's time to shake your hand.

Great concept. Not sure about the suitability of the typeface.

Definitely poster-ish (the subject takes care of that.) The backlight is a nice touch. The "Rockstar" could be toned down. The picture is soft for a D1x, and I see aliasing on the railing.

This time it really looks like a poster.

Specks on the lens, or camera sensor.
