<p>@Stuart: I do the same, my Pentax MZ-S allows me to rewind the film but not wind it all the way into the canister. Makes loading the film onto the plastic reel a lot easier.</p>

<p>Proud owner of a Pentax ME that is still in working order and that I still occasionally use here; it was the first camera that I bought and I bought it just after they had come out. Man, I'm getting old!</p>

<p>Beautiful work John.<br>
Yesterday was another sunny day and I decided to redo my experiment of last weekend and shoot another EFKE IR820 film and the results are much better. It is clear that I'm still struggling finding the correct exposure, but at least I have some thin negatives now which means that I can start from here. <br />This time I did everything pretty much in the same way as the first time; I still have no idea what went wrong then but I decided not to dwell on that for the moment until the results of the next EFKE IR820 shoot are in.</p>
