I have a Pentax ME in front of me now, my first camera, I bought it new when it was just introduced and I still use it. :-)
You can find the manual here: http://www.butkus.org/chinon/pentax/pentax_me/pentax_me.htm
But to quickly help you out: If you hold the camera such that the lens is pointing away from you, you can set the ISO of the film you are using by lifting the chrome ring of the knob on the left and turning it right or left so that the little window (marked ASA) shows the ISO you are using.

If you have other questions, let me know.
