I'll post the setting that I had and the lense that I used to take this pictre soon.
Remembering back to that day, I was taking lots of shots of him walking. I was sitting directly infront of him and stationary, the mother and baby were moving towards me. The motion blur is manly due to their movement although it is possible that I contributed to it without remember it. I apoligize for the late reply to your request. I'll e-mail the settings to you directly.
