  1. Your gallery is really impressive. I was in awe of each and every photo. IMHO: I was unable to connect with this photo. The subject is too dark and the yellow lines are too distracting. Lazareto's Way and Patience balance the light and dark and light very well. If this image was titled Yellow Lines, I would comment that it has good framing, color, and sharpness, but lacks the emotional tie that I find in your other photos.

This is a beautiful image. I saw the same things out my window yesterday and I walked pasted them! You've opened up my eyes! Thank you. I like the frame, color, framing, DOF, blur, color, placement of the subject. Well done!

I live on a private airport and this is one of the sharpest photos I've seen. You've done a great job. If you rapidly fired off 10 shots of this, I'd like to see various backgrounds. Perhaps one where the smoke from the plane and the cloud are separate by a little bit more distance. The plane itself is perfect. Again, well done.
  2. In Spokane WA we are having a lot of frost. I really appreciate what you go through in order to get these perfect pictures. The framing, the composition, light, colors... well everything is perfect. I'll be studying your photos. Thanks!

You've captured the timing perfectly. I like the smoke on the wheels and the out of focus, lead car. The image is a little heavy on the left side. Do you have an image a fraction of a second before this one? I think it would balance everything a little better if the top car was a little more to the left. It would have been hard to run down onto the field to remove the white square in the top left. Perhaps darkening it in PS would help.

The colors are a great match. I think my eye keeps going down and to the right. I made the bottom right corner darker, see if this works for you instead of adding more space at the top.

The texture, framing and lines are nice. The bottom of the hill adds a feeling of depth. Everything comes together to produce a very well balanced, beautiful photo. I'd like to see the highlights in the hill tops darkened and a little bit more of the foothill to add even more of a 3D feeling. I think this photo would look excellent blown up.

Peter Mead, well said. If this photo had a post processed aged look instead of the light rain, I would feel part

of the it. An aged man, fading out with his close friend. With the rain effect, we feel fooled after we realize

that he part we liked the most, wasn't real.

  3. You've got a good touch. The dynamic range is amazing, the sharpness is wonder and it has a good depth of field. The cloud break and the light in the background are perfectly framed. Your timing is wonderful. Your whole portfolio is amazing and I will follow it. Thanks!

I like the contrast. The framing makes me wonder what they are looking at. If more was included on the ride side, I wouldn't be wondering anymore, and that wouldn't be fun. What were the 2 folks and a goat looking at? This would also look good in sepia..

I really like the top half. The bottom half takes away from the rest of the photo. The horizon could be level. The water, shoreline, and the colors are nice.
