I spent a while correcting the motion blur on this image. As the
parade progressed it got rather dark quickly and I was loosing some
shots due to blur. I'm glad this one came out though! Let me know
what y'all think.

I think this is a pretty good shot. I personally would have gotten a horizontal shot and place him center. Still a great image.

Fantastic image you have here. I love the drab look about it. Harasho moi droog!

I'm way surprised this image even came out. I left this roll in my
photo bag which got x-rayed 5 million times by overzealous airport
security. I'm debating though if to leave it in color or convert it
to black and white. Let me know what y'all think!

Wow, what a great shot. Love the detail of the woman's face. You can see her disgust!

I was returning from morning PT back when I was stationed in Rota
when I caught the marine security detachment trying to play football
in the fog. I left my camera in the truck and figured why not snap
some long exposures. Came out better than I expected especially since
the film was pretty darn old.

I experimented with kodak's infra-red film a while back ago. Took me
a good while to find a lab to process it and scan it properly. Most
of the shots came out either blown out or ultra dark but I managed to
get 2 that works. Do let me know what y'all think of this one.

Simply awesome

Who said film is dead? I re-scanned some negatives and slides with my new scanner and
found my new images to be even more resolute. I found this one I had trouble scanning
before for some odd reason. I think it came out great! Do let me know what y'all think.
Thanks.

You have to love this image. A great contrast between the train and cyclist.

Some more light and a bit more contrast would bring you one heck of a great photo. Alot of my scans from negatives and slides either come out too dark or too light so finding the right balance usually means an afternoon working on fine tuning. A very creative image though!

A truely great shot. I love the composition and black and white tone. The lone pup staring up at you really finishes the image.

While visiting the Plaza Espanola in Sevilla I caught these nuns
taking a break. I managed to get a few shots before one got mad and
threw a chunk of bread at me. Worth it I think. Tell me what y'all
think!

Fantastic tone in my book. It has a near-IR look to it which I have a weakness for. I would have framed the dog a bit higher in the image to put more emphasis.

My very last shot of my Semana Santa photos in Sevilla during my military tour of Europe. I
was almost laying down in the street for this one. This image took me a bit of work since I
had to correct some overexposure in some of the shot. I am happy with the end result and I
hope y'all like it too. Do let me know what y'all think of it!

I took this photo during my first year being stationed in Europe. I
just aquired my canon 10D and tried out it's night shooting
capability.

I love the perspective here. Feels as if you are actually there watching ol' fido come after ya. My only suggestion would be to lighten it up one stop. Besides that a great shot.

I personally find the exposure to be about right. Then again no two monitors will agree on how an image truely looks like til seen in person. I enjoy the stark contract of the robs against the background. Also you caught them while they weren't paying attention. Overall great photo!
