Thanks for the comment. I agree it would have been better if I could have gotten down lower. It was just a quick grab shot and then she was gone. I did her family photos about a year ago too. She thought it was cute to stick her head through the columns on the family stair case. So one year later I was asked to do the wedding, this little girl must have remembered the stair thing and thought that was the funnest part so here is the result. Just like before a very quick grab shot. Next time I work with her family I will have to be on my toes and get lower before she sees me and the camera. ;-) JP

Larry,
That worked pretty slick. I thought of cloning it out but wasn't sure how it would work on the chrome. I really should have put my wife onto this project, as she is much better at the whole PS thing. It started out that I was the one doing all the touchups and now she does most everything. I have gotten better at supplying better stock photos for her though. Thanks for the idea. JP

This is actually a gray car. To be honest it isn't all that great to
look at in normal lighting, but under the neon it sure pops. JP

Any advice would be nice as I am new to the auto scene. It is aways
tough to shoot chrome without a self portrait, so I tried hard not go
get myself just everyone else that was standing around. JP

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks, JP

Jose,
Sorry in getting back so slowly with you. I liked your colored photo but it just didn't look as good as this one, in that it just needed the contrast that you get with b&w. As I stated before the tree just didn't work for me, but the cabin does. With the tighter crop like in the colored version, the mountains just seemed to just be out there unattached to anything whereas with this photo they are actually hooked to the ground. Therefore I like this photo better. So here is a compromise that I suggest. JP

What beautiful doors, nice color choice, however it looks just a little tilted to me. If you could rotate the crop just a little to straighten the doors it would look even better in my humble opinion. JP

Nice DOF. Draws you into it just to figure out what the photo is exactly. Nice job. JP
