It looks like you caught her in the middle of a mudstorm.

I agree that the lighting and color are too flat. Perhaps at another time of day, this same view would be stunning.
-
Let us know when this will be published in National Geographic. It's that good.
-
I really like this, but I could not view it in its entirety on my monitor except at the smallest size.
-
The shooter's image is reflected in the center, perhaps intentionally.
-
This is one of the most captivating portraits that I have seen in quite a while. All the elements-lighting, color, pose and composition- work together perfectly.
-
You have a wonderful eye for abstraction.
-
It is almost pure form and color and nearly perfect.
-
I find it difficult to take my eyes off this image. What makes it so striking, in my opinion, is the freezing of individual water droplets in the fountain.
-
This is one of the better action shots that I have seen in quite a while. Your photographic talents are quite broad. When is your next National Geographic article?
-
OK, I agree that the subject matter and composition are wonderful, but this image has an overall flat tonality, almost as though it is a bit underexposed. I would like to see it resubmitted with more contrast.

Tony,
The only criticism that I have for this latest batch of photos is that they are too wide to be viewed on my monitor, except at the smallest size. Otherwise, they are, for the most part, brilliant.

Come on, guys. It's an abstract image comprised of machine parts. It doesn't matter if you can't figure out what it is. I like the photo very much for its lovely tonality and perfect light.

Highly original and interesting.

I love the image, but agree with those who find the orange building on the right distracting. Since the photo is otherwise nearly monochromatic, why not go all the way and convert in to B&W?
-
I get queasy just looking at this picture.
-
All these comments about the child looking as though he is relieving himself are beside the point. Even if he were, it would be a great picture of a kid taking a dump. Either way, I would still love it.
-
One word, that's it.
-
This is easily one of the finest photos that I have seen on this site in a long time. I can look at it over and over without losing interest.
-
I disagree with Kiet. The deep blue color (which is close to black) really enhances the impact of this image. Great work.
-
Tomas, you're really good.
