I think it's perfect as is. Great, once in a lifetime shot

Excellent use of lighting. I really like the way the light goes from black on the left to almost white on the right. The little girl on the bicycle is perfect

I am particularly fond of pictures of wood, and I know from personal experience what a difficult subject it can be. What makes this particular image so successful is the gentle interplay of shadow and light. If the lighting had been completely uniform or if the contrasts had been much greater, the photo would have been less interesting.

Is this what it felt like in Toronto during the SARS outbreak?

This really captures a mood very well. The clarity and the lighting make me feel as though I can step right into the image. The square frame is just right.

I like this very much, although the colors seem a bit too pumped up. However, that is evidently what you wanted.

Except for the building in the background, this photo has a real "old world" quality. The playful mood of the little girl contrasts nicely with the rather dour expression of the woman behind her. Nice work.

I like this photograph very much. The spiraling lines simply draw me in. Great lighting. Warm tone monochrome is perfect.

A beautiful woman, perfect lighting, but the focus is a bit too soft for my taste.

This is one of the most striking and original landscapes that I have seen in a long time. If the elves are listening, I think it is certainly POW quality.

It's a great photo accompanied by an excellent commentary on the sad state of affairs created by certain brick-headed leaders. To dismiss millions of sincere protestors all over the world as being irrelevant, while not even bothering to address their arguments is the height of arrogance. Well, there are few things as satisfying as watching the arrogant brought low. Let us hope that war will somehow be avoided and that those who would perpetrate it will be sent packing.

Technically well done and aesthectically magnificent.

Nice shot, slide, if that is your real name.

This photo just slaps you on the face and says "look at me!" Great work.

This is certainly one of the most origianl sunrise/sunset photos that I have seen. Good work.
-
Excellent composition with an original point of view. However, the tonality is a bit flat, and the washed out highlights on the right are annoying.
-
This is about as good a portrait as I am ever likely to see. Composition and lighting are perfect.

It's nice to see a photojournalistic image amongst the top rated photos for a change.
-
That is the word that best describes this photo. I particularly admire the perfect exposure for difficult lighting.
-
I like it. The black sky may be a bit overdone (red filter, presumably.)
-
Very nice mood and lighting. I would definitely crop the white stripe at the bottom, however.

This image is so riveting that I can hardly take my eyes off of it. I don't remember ever seeing such a magnificent red. Great work.
