  2. <p>In camera abstract using D600 w/24-85mm VR, cropped and levels adjusted in Lightroom. I tried to convey a feeling of movement like a waterfall. This is an abstract and can have different interpretations or maybe none. <br> Tim, I enjoyed your presentations but you don't have to prove that they are photos, nor do you have to provide the details of how the work was made. What the object is made of is irrelevant, your work is what's important. <br> Sanford, I like the W/NW format, we need a place where we can present our work without rhetorical arguments over the definition of abstract.</p><div></div>

  6. <p>I think what you have been sold is an open box special. It's an item maybe used on display or returned to the store it should have the full manufacturer warranty. I would ask for a discount (15-20%) or return the camera.</p>

  10. <p>You don't need a macro to do closeup photography. Handheld with a Nikon D600 and 70-200mm f4. ISO was 400, f4 @ 1/2000 sec. This lens has a magnification of 0.274X which is close to a true macro but offers fast focusing for fast moving subjects and very good VR.</p><div></div>
