I did have PS off also I removed old plug in first, but Im not sure what you mean by lighttable.

When viewing raw files in Bridge I presently have NEF icons can someone tell

me how I can view thumbnail pictures instead of NEF icons.

I have installed camera raw new version .8bi plug-in but it did not help.

Question - I can not increase the shutter speed above 250 when in the

following situation...

Full sun - D200 set on Manual,WB Auto,ISO 200, Raw, 50mm 1:1.8 lens - SB800

TTL mode.

I was trying to fill flash with a shallow DOF in full sun is there something

wrong with my flash or my technique.

I am not ready to do a wedding yet but I am working toward that goal for the

future I presently have a D200 and D70 -- Lens 18-70, 70-300, and 50mm 1.8. I

have spare batteries for both, but I only have 3 gig of memory and 1 SB800. I

know I need more memory and flash, but I'm not sure what additional lens I

should have. Please let me know what lens you would recommend if you where to

buy only one at this time to go with what I have.

When you use a flash does it do any good to meter to a grey card for exposure?

Will the quality drop much shooting "RAW Compression"? If not what would be the

advantage to shoot in "NEF(RAW)" vs shooting in raw compression?
