Maybe not to everyones taste, but I liked the shadow cast by this
piece of broken pallet. All critique welcome.

Thanks for the comments all, they are really appreciated.
Kah, was a grab shot with the 10-20 at Iso 800. Selected the Iso as the swan appeared, and panned with it with the camera still on the tripod. All done on auto pilot, but I am pleased with the final outcome. Although I will admit it required a fair bit of PS work!

Please view larger, and hit f11.
Taken about 20 minutes after sunset on the beautiful Glamorgan
heritage coast.
No messing with colours on this one. Just the result of 5 stops of
grad, a polariser and approx 90 second exposure.
All critique welcome.

The ratings on this site are a joke sometimes!! Has anyone who rates this less than 6/6 ever tried to photograph a kingfisher? I dont think so. THE definitive kingfisher shot Kev. I have a couple in my portfolio, but none to rival this!! Take a look if you get a chance. Congratulations on a great capture.

This shot is below average apparently.
Cheers Mr anonymous!

One of a number of falls in 'waterfall country' Neath UK. The water
really is that colour, caused by the peat being washed downstream.
All critique welcome.

Found a way to view this from the opposite side of the river to the
normal photograph. This falls is normally only photographed from
above. Had difficulty getting a fast enough shutter speed to cope
with the volume of water, now thats a first!! Normally struggle to
slow the water down! All critique most welcome.

Started life as a 90 sec colour exposure in a murky forest that had
no real impact. Have played with channel mixer and gaussian blur to
try a completely different look. All views welcome.

Not got a macro lens, and have never tried this sort of shot before.
Taken from about 5 feet away with a 70-300 zoom at 300mm!! Never
gonna be a winner, but would welcome comments based on the lens used.
