1.
Sanford can you use another camera as a light meter (or a hand held light meter) to set your Fuji?

 2.
Howard, looks nice and it is also good over here. I walked around the courthouse square with the very small DSC HX1.

 3.
You are correct. I am so accustomed to thinking in at least MP I forget the PN limit.
Randyc

 4.
Howard I really like the scenic beauty of your pix. Have been busy with other things but had to try out the 1000 mp size increase.

 5.
Kim, I do not have the same camera as you but I think the D7200 is a good performer at 800 ISO and probably up to 2400 ISO. This link is to a Dpreview page where you can change the speed and look at the results. Even after incorporating the techniques suggested by PN members you may have to sharpen a little in post.
Good luck,
https://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikon-d7200/12
 6. Rick, excellent pictures from an excellent photographer. The camera may also have contributed.
 7. Howard, any knowledge of the age of the church?

 8.
We are into mid fall with temps higher than normal.

 9. Mukul, one of my youthful jobs was welding tv towers. Even with a welders hood we would get "sunburned" eyes if we checked the arc too often. Wish he were at least wearing the sunglasses.
 10.
Howard, I also like the pictures and after enlarging the landscape I could find the Heron. Herons seem to be sociable birds we had one join our vacation crowd. I also have a cloud picture but it doesn't have the foreground interest.

 11.
Testing a new to me 40D.

 12. Been having health issues so I'm low on recent shots. There are some beautiful wildflowers out there and here are two samples. Post a few of your pictures with the longest dimension no more than 700 pixels.

 13.
I have been watching this spider for a few days. It retreats during the day and comes out in the evening.

 14.
I was looking through some old DCS520 files and was impressed with the resolution of the 6mp images.
