Reminds me of the arch in Washington Square Park in New York City. Marcel Duchamp and other arty types occupied the arch on January 23, 1917.

Cold-hearted Star-Trek alien, probably. Note the gold skin.... -
He has fire, thick bracelets, and a tragedy face on his shorts, but he does not seem to be Prometheus, a slave, or Shakespeare. Also an icy, ivory-tower countenance, and short legs. I give up. Who is he?
