Do you have any experience with black&white? I remember my father telling me to use yellows and even orange filters in alpine environments?

Great action... I love this! Have to look for one in my area. Regards

I used it in cycling too Salvatore. Amazing that they still make it like 30 years ago. They were one of the sponsors for the Pumori. This shot is part af a series they used for their ads in some of the European sports magazines during the early 60s.
Thanks Michael, I enjoy that some still like those old cameras.
Ciprian, these are my fathers old photos. They used meters whenever conditions allowed. Glad the Annapurna accounts got you interested. I think you might enjoy it immensly, if you get a chance to go. I am thinking about Cho Oyu. That one might be easy enough for me if I can handle the altitude.

Thanks IceRock. The original may not be damaged too badly. I'll try it again soon.
That would have been Ovaltine Dave, soon as the stove is up... -)

A magical place and an incredible moment. The right hole in the cloudcover. Perfect exposure. Very beautiful!

Thanks Vlad, I'm working on them. They're my Dads old documentary photos that have deteriorated quite a bit since the 60s.

Mom watching over fluff... Very enjoyable capture. Thank you

Unconventional portrait. Nice to see you around Adrian.

Best of the installation I've seen so far. Nice approach. Deserves a 7 for originality alone. Sorry that all I got left is 6's. Regards

Stark view of the Aiguille. Sun from Italy and stormy clouds in France. Have to admit, I preferred Cosmique to the tent... (grins)
